Ballast Water Management

Bio-UV is the first only system developed manufactured in France for treatment of ballast water in compliance with IMO D-2 discharge standard and USCG Regulation. (ISO 9001 Certified by Bureau VERITAS).​ 
​The system first cleans ballast water using a screen filter, in order to reduce the amount of total suspended particles, organic or not, present in the sea water. The filter size will be dependent on the system size according to the ballots pump flow rate. 

Piston Crown

It is essential to check the thinning of the piston crown due to the condition of burning, erosion or corrosion. Also, piston crowns is one of most complex component of engine to reflect its multiple functions as follows. ​
  • ​During ignition, in order to  transform from pressure to power and push power toward to the piston rod.
  • Sustain pressure waves generated by occasional knocking.
  • Act as a thermal barrier between cylinder and crank area. 
  • Introduce swirl in the fuel - controls knocking and helps more uniform combustion.
  • Proper design would reduce the piston weight and cost.
  • The piston crown is machine to provided channels and cavities for the favourable reception and redirection of jets of flame issuing from the pre-combustion chamber.

GTC z-450 is fabricated and designed by Tai Mau in order for friendly-environment product to reduce the rubbish volume. Additionally, to handle waste by sorting, compacting and recycling way, the design of compactor means that a plastic bag can be used for most types of waste. Moreover, It is also available in special model for liquid separation for the food industry, for environmentally hazardous waste and for marine use. The compactor minimizes the volume up to 15:1 in 30 seconds. The machine can be used with hydraulic system to operate in places exposed. According to Regulation 32.3 (immersion suits and thermal protective aids) of SOLAS 74 adopted by Resolution MSC. 152)78) on 20 May 2004 at the 78th session of the Maritime Safety Committee (MSC) of the IMO comes into force on 1 July 2006, the requirement is indicates that every one is required to carry immersion suits on board.
